What's your workplace passion?

Striving to be the best digital product design and development company in Australia, by building a company where everyone can come to work and enjoy what they do. My other passion lies in serving our clients well by designing and building premium software solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations and help improve the lives of their customers.

What are your personal passions?

I've always been a golf fanatic having played since I was 12 years old. But as recently as 3 years ago I discovered ocean swimming and now love the transient and meditative state that I find myself in when out in the open water.

What Airteam value do you identify with most and why?

‘Strive for better’, because rightly or wrongly I'm never happy with where we're at as a business. I always feel we can improve and do more to stay relevant and ahead of the curve. There is always something that's keeping me up at night that I want to improve upon.

If you could have anyone in the world join Airteam, who would it be and why?

Bill Gates, as he has a thirst for knowledge and desire to try and solve the world's biggest issues. I think he could really help lead Airteam toward where we want to get to, both as a business, and through our goal to be an increasingly philanthropic organisation.

What makes your pet a valued member of Airteam?

We don’t have our own pet but frequently dog-sit the in-laws gorgeous 9-year-old Cocker Spaniel. She brings happiness and good vibes which filters through to my work at Airteam.
