What's your workplace passion?

It’s hard to pick a single passion, but a key one is learning about businesses in different domains, how they operate, the perspectives, challenges and needs of the people within them, and then leveraging that knowledge to design the best possible experience.

What are your personal passions?

Music. I love having a soundtrack to my life and I’m in my element at gigs and festivals. I also relish the physical challenge and thrill of outdoor activities like cycling, snowboarding, and surfing. More recently, there’s the daily joy of watching my kids find their way in the world.

What Airteam value do you identify with most and why?

It’s a split between ‘Focus on outcomes’ and ‘Strive for better’. I’m driven to constantly try to improve on everything I do, but I also love working on things that have value, that help people achieve better outcomes, and that will have a genuine impact on their lives.

If you could have anyone in the world join Airteam, who would it be and why?

There isn’t one big name I can think of, instead it would be someone in the industry who I respect and who could have a positive impact on how we operate; a mentor I can learn from.

What makes your pet a valued member of Airteam?

We don’t have a pet now, but one day when the kids are a bit older, we’d love to have a dog. They were such an important part of life for me and my partner growing up that we’d like our kids to experience that.
