2022 it's a wrap

In 2022, we focused 28,000 hours into 45 projects for our brilliant Australia-based clients. In the last month alone, we delivered three keystone projects - each of which we’re super proud of.

Beyond client work in 2022:

• We achieved ISO 27001 and 9001 certification.
• We helped nine staff become Mental Health First Aiders.
• Our team from all-over Australia finally met in person, and what a party it was.
• We grew the team in every aspect, we welcomed Tim, Riley, Aaron, Aiden, Jen, Neil and Amy.
• We aligned our business management operations to the EOS framework.
• We got serious about marketing and hired a real marketing manager.
• We donated 1% of our profits to the Environmental Defenders Office to help them continue their important work.

Above all, we worked extra-hard to get better at what we do. It gives me tingles to see the business flourish as we embed our company values into every nook and cranny.
