Most of our mobile builds run on React Native, and we test against the OWASP Mobile Application Security Standard as a baseline, with the same rigour we apply to member-facing apps in regulated industries like health insurance.

We build websites as custom software. Migrating Doctors’ Health Fund to a serverless architecture on AWS improved their security and speed, and gave their team more control over the platform.

We use AI in client products as well as within our own delivery process. Healthdirect’s triage nurses used to field calls by phone - now a conversational AI tool handles them directly. Before Total Inter Action committed to a full build, AI let us prototype and test a voice-based sales coaching concept in a three-week discovery sprint.

The same tools speed up our own delivery through assisting with planning, documentation, testing and code review - always signed off by a senior engineer, with client data kept out of them entirely.
