Congratulations on making it through the interviews! Before we can finalise your employment offer, there are a few important steps we need to complete together.

All employment offers are contingent upon:

  1. Verification of Australian work rights for at least 18 months from the proposed start date.
  2. Two positive employment references from recent employers within the past two years.
  3. A clear Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).

These steps help us confirm your work rights, identity, and employment history, and make sure we’re building a great team together. These checks are usually completed within one week, and we’ll keep you updated as we progress.

Employment agreement

We’ll send you your formal employment agreement for signature once these checks have been completed successfully.

Your employment agreement contains many important details, so please take your time reading it. If you have any questions or spot anything you’d like to discuss, just let us know. We’re here to help. If you think there could be a conflict of interest, please talk to us before signing.

After reading through everything and you’re happy, we’ll both sign to make it official.

Do not resign from your current employment until all steps are completed and both you and Airteam have signed the Employment agreement.
