How we saved Val Morgan $300k

When Val Morgan first approached us with the brief they were a little unsure about the product.

We held initial stakeholder workshops to understand the problem space better. User research with a conceptual product was then conducted to test the idea.

The user research showed that there wasn’t a problem to fix and therefore was no market need for the product.

This idea validation research saved Val Morgan $300k by showing them that there was no need for the product.
