How we designed a clearer & more intuitive way to access healthcare
The app Healthdirect wanted to improve is a tool designed to help people find healthcare services. The problem - it was outdated, and users found it confusing and unintuitive.
We performed a detailed collaborative analysis of what was working well versus what wasn’t, and ran a series of Human Centred Design workshops to arrive at a suitable enhancement.
The result - a new and improved product with a validated base of user feedback confirming its enhancement. We left them with a clear outline of future release phases along with a series of designs and assets that they could draw upon to implement.
We followed a simple process
1A structured roadmap of an MVP and subsequent enhancements to be created and implemented.
