We’re looking for a senior UX Designer to join our cross-functional team. This role will suit someone who has an end-to-end UX background who loves user research, unpacking a problem space and getting things done at any point of the UX life cycle.
How this role fits into our team
Our UX Designers start projects by making sure we’re solving the right problems for the right audience. You have a rigorous approach and select the most appropriate techniques to meet research goals and discover user stories and needs. You are an expert in behavioural and attitudinal research methods and can find a way out of the weeds of research artefacts to synthesised design findings and recommendations. You are adept at communicating conceptually to illustrate design ideas and user flows. You are adaptable and pragmatic, able to spot better ways of doing things or respond to changes or new requirements. We partner closely with our clients, so being able to establish good relationships with stakeholders and work with a variety of people will help you succeed in this role.

Reference checks and offer - Pretty much what it says, we’ll want to call 2 previous managers for a reference to complete the offer.
