We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our cross-functional team and work closely with our clients to create modern digital software products. Our development team uses serverless principles and infrastructure-as-code to build high performing, scalable websites and applications on AWS.
We’ve advertised this role at the senior level with 5+ years experience in the required tech stacks, but we think it can be successfully performed by people at varying levels of experience. We want our hiring process to be enjoyable, transparent and fair. Here are the steps we move through if you’d like to apply.
Apply online - You need to apply through our website. We have an application form that asks very specific questions related to the role. We review your answers instead of scanning CV’s. To reduce unconscious bias, we review applications with names removed and focus on your competencies and experience.
Phone screen - If your answers show relevant skills and experience required for the role, we’ll call you to have a chat about your application.
Tech interview - We’ll then arrange a tech interview over zoom. This is where we’ll dig deeper into your experience and get a chance to ask each other lots of questions.
Team catchup - a chance to meet someone on the team in person (if it’s possible) or on zoom to talk about life as a developer at Airteam.
Reference checks and offer - Pretty much what it says, we’ll want to call 2 previous managers for a reference to complete the offer.
