How this role fits into our awesome remote team
Our AWS developers are crucial to the successful deployment and stability of our digital products. You take a methodical approach to solving problems, bringing DevOp’s expertise and foresight to managing our products on AWS. You are responsible for designing and implementing reliable, scalable and fast IaC solutions that support modern distributed microservices hosted on AWS for our clients.
With no two days the same - you thrive on variety and new challenges. You will collaborate with a diverse group of clients and differing digital products.

Apply online - You need to apply through our website. We have an application form that asks very specific questions related to the role. We review your answers instead of scanning CV’s. We review applications with names removed and focus on your competencies and experience to reduce unconscious bias.
Phone screen - If your answers show relevant skills and experience required for the role, we’ll call you to have a chat about your application.
Tech interview - We’ll then arrange a tech interview over zoom. This is where we’ll dig deeper into your experience and get a chance to ask each other lots of questions.
Team catchup - a chance to meet someone on the team in person (if it’s possible) or on zoom to talk about life as a developer at Airteam.
Reference checks and offer - Pretty much what it says, we’ll want to call 2 previous managers for a reference to complete the offer.
