This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on day-to-day, is highly organised, has great people skills and is experienced in getting the best from software development teams.
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and closing out projects.
You have great skills in effective project set up, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance. You are highly organised, have a practical results-oriented mindset and are right at home working with software developers and UX designers. You have the experience to know when to question something, even if it is of a technical nature.
With strong people skills, you know how to build morale, create harmonious relationships and keep things running smoothly. You embrace and are sensitive to people's different personalities and work styles and can find ways to motivate and maintain a happy team spirit.
You are outcome-focused. You value repeatable processes and understand that all steps in a process must add value. You identify which processes and rituals work best for the team and our clients. You continually improve upon our digital delivery blueprint, improving the way we work together.

Interview - We’ll then arrange an interview, this will be over zoom. This is where we’ll dig deeper into your experience and get a chance to ask each other lots of questions.
Team catchup - a chance to meet someone on the team over zoom and talk about life at Airteam.
Reference checks and offer - Pretty much what it says, we’ll want to call 2 previous managers for a reference to complete the offer.
