Practice Manager - Digital Product

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Practice Manager to join our Sydney office. The role will build our digital product practice while growing a strong team and developing positive client references.

You will be responsible for the P&L of our product design and development practice, through delivering, optimising and growing our active projects for global brands and well-funded startups. You strategically manage the pipeline of work and allocation of resources to optimise utilisation while prioritising client needs. You keep projects moving and take proactive measures to minimise anticipated blockers. You ensure client satisfaction and reference ability through delivering excellent value and achieving agreed outcomes. You coach ownership within the team, encouraging them to problem solve when needed. You foster long-term relationships with clients and identify further sales opportunities within the business.

You will lead and support our exceptional hand-picked team of developers, UX designers, and project managers, bringing out the best in them. You will work with our local and national clients and are adept at nurturing executive-level and senior leader relationships. You are resilient, approachable and overall, have the emotional intelligence to positively influence our developing culture.

We can't wait to meet you if you have

  1. At least five years in a similar role, including Senior Project Management or Senior Product Management. Previous Big4 or other professional services experience highly regarded.
  2. Demonstrated experience in building a professional services practice from end to end.
  3. Excellent planning and business skills with good financial literacy, specifically around budgeting and profit and loss and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPI’s.
  4. A passion for new technology with a track record of delivering digital projects, business development and leading technical and design teams.
